Who you're hiring

"Pest control customers don't book ahead. They book the second they see something they shouldn't have. The controller who picks up wins the job. The one whose website looks like a 9-to-5 operation doesn't get the call in the first place."

BS EN 16636 audited

BPCA members are audited to the European standard for pest management. That's the credential customers can verify.

The British Pest Control Association represents 700+ member companies. Members must be qualified to RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management minimum, carry £2m+ PLI, follow the BPCA Codes of Best Practice, and be audited to BS EN 16636, the European standard for pest management.

BS EN 16636 audit status is the most credible credential in the trade because it's externally verified to a European standard, not a self-issued trade body badge. Most pest controllers don't surface this. We put it in the hero. Customers worried about cowboys find a real audited business.

The maths

If three same-day callouts a week find you that wouldn't have at £120 each, what's that worth a year?

£18,720 of additional revenue from same-day responsiveness. The Growth plan covers itself in the first fortnight. See what's in Growth.

Questions pest control ask us

Common questions, plain answers.

How important is BPCA membership?
It's the dominant credential: 700+ member companies, audited to BS EN 16636 European standard, RSPH Level 2 qualified minimum. We surface it in the hero with the public BPCA directory linked. Combined with insurance figures, it's the credibility stack that beats the cowboy pattern.
Can the site offer same-day response?
Yes. Tap-to-call on every page. On Growth, missed-call text-back. On Always On, AI receptionist answers around the clock and dispatches the job. Pest emergencies don't wait, so same-day capability is the strongest differentiator.
I do commercial pest contracts. Can the site cover that?
Yes. Separate commercial enquiries page targeting food businesses, hospitality, healthcare, and facilities managers. BS EN 16636 audit, CHAS, and food-handling qualifications surfaced for B2B procurement.
What about specific pest specialisms?
Each pest gets its own service page so it ranks for its own search. Rats, mice, wasps, bedbugs, cockroaches, moles. Customers don't search 'pest control'. They search for the specific problem.
How fast can the site go live?
Seven days from the discovery call. Once we have your BPCA membership, RSPH qualifications, service area, and any specialisms, we usually get a first build over within 3 to 4 days.
