We try to keep this list short. If a project genuinely needs something outside what's in your plan, we'll quote you for it up front and you say yes or no.

Extra pages beyond your build. Standard site is around 5 pages. Add more later for a one-off fee, quoted before any work happens.

Custom integrations. Connecting your site to bespoke software (booking systems, niche CRMs, custom job-management tools). Usually one-off, sometimes a small monthly cost depending on the third party.

Additional tracked phone numbers. Growth and Always On include one. Need a second number for a separate trade or a different region? Small monthly add-on.

Major design changes after launch. Tweaks and polish are always free in the first month, then included on Growth and Always On. A full design refresh later down the line is quoted separately.

If we change our prices in future, your current rate is locked. We tell you in advance, and we tell you why. No surprises.

Is VAT included?+

Yes. Every price on this site and on the pricing page is VAT-inclusive. The number you see is the number that lands on the invoice.

Do you take payment monthly or upfront?+

Launchpad is a one-off (£297, paid before we start). Growth, Always On, and the £15 Care Plan are all month-to-month. Cancel any time, no notice period, no exit fees.
