Do I own my domain?+

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name from day one. We handle it for you, the renewals, the security, the DNS, so it's one less thing to think about. Any time you want to take it elsewhere, just ask.

Are there exit fees?+

Zero. Free to start. Free to leave. Nothing awkward in between.

How long does it take to transfer my site away?+

Most of the work is done in the first 48 hours. Full end-to-end transfer usually takes 7 to 14 days, depending on how quickly your domain registrar and phone provider move on their side. We start the moment you tell us.

What if you go out of business?+

Your site files and content are backed up off our main infrastructure, and the handover process auto-triggers if we ever stop trading. You'd get everything within days, the same package as a normal exit. We don't expect to need this safety net, but it exists.
