The rules that govern using our services. Written the way we'd want to read them. UK law applies.

Inboundry is a trading name of Will Howard, sole trader, registered in the United Kingdom.
Where these terms say "we", "us", or "our", we mean Inboundry. Where they say "you" or "your", we mean you, the client or visitor.
These terms apply to anyone who uses the inboundry.co.uk website, requests a demo, books a call, or engages us to build or run their website. By using the site or engaging us, you're agreeing to these terms.
If you don't agree with any part of them, don't use the site or engage us. Easier for both of us.
We provide done-for-you websites and related marketing services to UK tradespeople. Our current plans are:
The full feature list for each plan is on our pricing page. We may add, remove, or change features over time, with reasonable notice to active clients.
We typically build a demo of your site before you've paid anything. The demo is provided to help you decide whether to engage us. It is not a finished or contractually-binding deliverable until you say yes and we agree the engagement in writing (email is fine).
If you decide not to proceed after seeing the demo, you owe us nothing. We may keep the demo for a reasonable period and reuse generic elements (templates, layout work) in future projects, but we won't reuse your specific business details, content, or branding for anyone else.
All prices on this site include VAT at the prevailing UK rate. The price you see is the price you pay. We won't add platform fees, support-ticket charges, or hidden extras.
If we ever change our headline prices, your current rate is locked while you remain on your plan. You'll be told in advance of any change that affects you.
Optional add-ons (extra pages, custom integrations, additional tracked numbers, major design changes after launch) are quoted individually before any work starts.
You own your business content (your photos, your service descriptions, your contact details, your brand). We retain ownership of the generic site framework and any reusable code we've written.
For the first year of your engagement, we hold your domain registration and website hosting on your behalf. This is so we can keep things running for you without you having to think about it.
You can ask us to transfer the domain and the site to you (or to a new provider) at any time. We won't charge a transfer or exit fee, and we'll do our best to make the move as painless as possible. We aim to complete a standard handover within 14 working days of your request.
When we hand over, you get: the domain, the website files, any content you've supplied, your client list of integrations (Google Business Profile, GA4, Search Console, etc.) where we manage them on your behalf, and reasonable handover documentation.
To do our best work, we'll need a few things from you on time:
If you don't engage with us during the build, we'll do our best to chase, but we may pause the project after 30 days of inactivity. Restarting requires notice from you, and any work already done isn't refundable.
Our service is intended for legitimate UK trade businesses operating lawfully. We won't accept engagements that:
We reserve the right to decline or end an engagement if we believe it falls into any of these categories. We don't take that lightly.
This is the legalese part. We've kept it as fair as we can.
We're not liable for:
Where we are liable, our total liability to you under or in connection with these terms is capped at the total amount you've paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event that caused the loss.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
You have rights as a consumer (if you're engaging us as an individual rather than as a business) that aren't affected by these terms.
You agree to indemnify us against any loss we suffer because content you've supplied to us infringes someone else's intellectual property, defames anyone, or breaks the law. We won't ever ask you to indemnify us for our own mistakes.
We treat anything you tell us about your business as confidential. We won't share it with anyone outside the people who need it to deliver the service, except where the law requires us to. The same applies in reverse: anything we share with you about our process, our tooling, or our pricing structure beyond what's published is confidential too.
We may update these terms occasionally, for example to reflect changes in our service, in technology, or in the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when.
For active clients on monthly plans, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any material change. If you don't agree with the change, you can cancel without notice during that period.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If something's gone wrong, please contact us first. We'd rather sort it out over a phone call than a courtroom.
