Plain English from start to finish

Need a website,
but not technical?

If you can use WhatsApp, you've got every skill you need. We do all the technical bits. You stick to running the trade. Six questions from you, the other 150 from us. Live in 48 hours.

No jargon · No logins to remember · One person to ring
What people get told

Four things you've probably been told. None of them are true.

Most trades who've avoided getting a proper website have been put off by one of these. The industry has spent years making this stuff sound harder than it is.

01

"You need to know HTML/SEO/web design."

You don't. You need to know your trade. That's the bit we can't do, and the bit you already do better than us. Everything else is ours to handle.

02

"You need to write all the copy."

You don't write a word if you don't want to. We'll ask you six things in plain English (what you do, where, who you do it for) and we write the site from your answers. You read it through, tell us what to change, we change it.

03

"You need to take all the photos."

If you've got photos on your phone, that's plenty. If you haven't, we tell you the five shots to take while you're on a job this week. Two minutes each, no fancy camera needed.

04

"You need to learn a new system to edit it."

You don't. We use a magic-link login. Click a link in an email, you're in. To change your phone number, you tap on it, type the new one, tap done. That's it. Same skill as sending a text.

Six vs everything else

You answer six questions. We do the other 150 jobs.

Here's the actual split of what we ask of you vs what we handle. We've built the process so the bit on your side is something you can do in a lunch break.

What you do (15 minutes)
  • 1. Tell us what trade you do
  • 2. Tell us where you work
  • 3. Send us a few photos (or take fresh ones)
  • 4. Send us your reviews if you've got them
  • 5. Read the draft, tell us what to change
  • 6. Sign off on the final version
What we do (everything else)
  • Buy & set up your domain
  • Build the site, all five pages
  • Write the copy from your answers
  • Edit your photos for the web
  • Set up Google Business Profile
  • Local SEO for your postcodes
  • Set up your business email
  • Mobile testing, speed testing
  • ...and 142 other tasks you'd rather not know about

If you can answer six questions about what you do for a living, you can have a website.

Once it's live

Here's exactly what you'll need to do after launch. Hardly anything.

A lot of trades worry about the "after launch" bit. What if it breaks? What if I need to change something? What if I don't know what to do? Here's the honest answer.

No portals, no tickets, no support menus.

Why we built it this way

We built Inboundry for the trade who hates websites.

I've been doing this for twenty years. The pattern is the same every time: the trades who don't have a proper website almost always say the same two things, and they're related.

"I'm not technical." And: "Every web person I've spoken to made me feel stupid."

That's the bit we've actually solved. Plain English on everything. If we use a technical word, we explain it first. Six questions, not a 40-minute discovery call. One person on the other end, not a sales team. A magic-link login, not three passwords to remember.

You're not going to learn anything new. You don't have to. You just keep running the trade. We keep the site running.

If at any point you feel out of your depth talking to us, we've done it wrong, not you. Ring me and I'll fix it.

What we'd build

Four real sites we've built. Take a look on your phone.

A plumber, an electrician, a roofer, and a family builder. They look professional but they're also dead simple to use. Scroll through, click the phone numbers, see how it feels.

Common worries

What people worry about that we've already handled.

"I'm worried I'll get charged for things I don't need." The price is £297 once, then £15 a month from year two if you want us to look after it. That's it. We don't add things to your bill. We don't auto-renew anything you didn't agree to. Pricing is on the pricing page, no small print.

"I'm worried I'll mess something up if I try to edit the site myself." You can't break anything important. The edit tools only let you change text and photos. The structure, the design, the technical stuff, none of that is editable, so there's nothing to break. If you do change something you regret, ring us and we undo it in 30 seconds.

"I'm worried I'll have to use email tickets or chatbots." Neither. You ring or WhatsApp Will. He picks up the same day, often within the hour. No queue, no escalation, no "your call is important to us".

"I'm worried I won't understand what I'm signing up for." Read how we work first. It's six paragraphs and a process diagram, in plain English. Then read the pricing page. If anything's unclear, ring and ask. There's no test.

"I'm worried I'll regret it." You won't pay until you've seen the site we'd build for you, and you can walk away free at that point. Once you've signed up, you can leave at any time with no exit fees. We make staying easy, not leaving hard.
